What they won't tell you about this
The spacious rooms had amazing views, and the balcony provided a wonderful private space. Plus, the children's play areas were perfect for family-friendly stays!
Inconsistent service from the staff impacted our enjoyment, and the slow food service made dining less pleasant. The room cleanliness was also a concern.

The unit we got was functional with an exceptional view. Location: the hotel was right by public transports. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.
Views were uninspiring.

Got well-appointed double room with tasteful alpine decor when arrived, really enjoyed that. It was so close to Davos as well as the Alpine tourist area, beautiful location overall. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief pit stop in Davos, great for the money. The food was excellent during breakfast, even though it was a bit pricier for the kids. Just order tap water instead of getting charged for bottled water.

A wide array of food at the superb and outstanding breakfast. Well-appointed room and a nice bed. Stunning and absolutely perfect location to stay in future conferences, and large bedrooms. Based not far from a lovely artwork, the train station, and center.

Our dining experience was disappointing. The breakfast options were scarce and uninspired, with cold coffee and empty fruit trays. We found it frustrating that the hotel didn't offer an acceptable transfer service to the city center, leaving us stranded without good alternatives.

The decor was fine, blending elegance with comfort. The natural light streaming through the windows created a warm atmosphere. Access for seniors was easy, with well-placed seating throughout the hotel.
More seating in common areas would be nice.

The warm open-air pool was fantastic for relaxation after our days of skiing, while the cinema kept my kids entertained. The hotel's kids club was a huge hit, providing activities that allowed us some downtime to enjoy the fine mountainside views.
My kids wished there were more food options for picky eaters.

The stay showcased fantastic views from a spacious room equipped with a Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety, though it would benefit from more diverse dining options throughout the day. The service was great from the concierge and restaurant staff, but the reception experience was uncoordinated and disappointing, especially regarding check-in and luggage. The warm outdoor pool and overall atmosphere were good, but improvements to front desk operations are needed.
